The Foundation of Youth is a 12 week program that will make you strong, fast, flexible, springy and injury free
My name is Ned. I’m a qualified Exercise Scientist and Advanced Gymnastics Coach. I have coached over 1000 kids in my career so far. This program that I have created can change your life. If you’ve never strength trained before, this program is perfect for you. If you have strength trained and maybe haven’t seen the best results, this program is perfect for you. Here you will find out what real results feel like. This is the ultimate program for kids and teens. I wish I had this growing up.
This will give you the ideal foundation for any sport
Getting strong and flexible will help any sport no matter what you choose to do. If you want to do better at school athletics, this program will do that. If you’re looking at getting into weight training in the future, maybe even powerlifting, this will give you the advantage over everyone.
This program is designed for teenagers, but it can also be done by adults. If you are an adult and aren’t sure about it, this program will help you feel like you’re young again. It can also be done by children. We’ve had kids as young as six do this program and get results.
Nothing worth having comes easy
With consistent effort and the right program, the results you will achieve in 12 weeks is remarkable. Rewards come from results. Results come from hard work. Hard work and the right program will give you the best rewards.
My background is gymnastics. After being in that industry for years, I saw far too many injuries from young people. When you think about most sports kids and teens around the world are getting injured. After years of studying, training and learning, I have created a program that will help reduce injuries in young people.
The Foundation of Youth isn't just a regular program. This is a science based, evidence based program that is going to change the world for teens.
All you need is a pair of gymnastics rings.
Below are results some of my first clients got after completing only 8 weeks of the Foundation of Youth
Athlete 1
Went from 0 toes to bar to 10. Went from 3 chin-ups to 8. Beep test from 5.4 to 7.1.
Athlete 2
Went from 7 chin-ups to 10. 100 metre sprint went from 15 seconds to 14.5 seconds.
Athlete 3
Went from 0 toes to bar to 10. Went from 5 chin-ups to 10. Went from 0 pistol squats to 7. Push-ups went from 10 to 21. Beep test went from 5.7 to 7.4.
The value for money is unreal
A personal trainer costs around $50 per session. A lot of the time it's more than this. Enrolling in a sporting program can cost hundreds of dollars a term. This is a one off cost that's far cheaper than all of that and you'll have it forever.
It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an advanced athlete. This program will be great for you.
You can either buy the program or the bundle which includes the program and a pair of rings.
Teenagers more than anyone are known for training without a plan
They’ll watch some YouTube videos and try a bit of this and a bit of that and think they know what they’re doing. Don’t get me wrong, there are some great YouTubers out there but just watching bits here and there isn’t going to make you an expert and definitely won’t give you the tools you need to see real results. When I was younger, that was me. My training was based off random videos that I would watch that day. I did that because something like this didn’t exist. There hasn’t been a complete strength program for teenagers before. Now there is.
When I was about 18, I thought I knew what I was talking about. I came from gymnastics and thought I knew it all. I was very wrong. So I studied with some of the greatest minds in strength training including Keegan Smith and Ben Patrick and did a 3 year degree in Sport and Exercise Science. While learning all of this, I was still coaching kids and teens. After years of study, learning and coaching, I have created THE program for young people. And this program has proven results.
However, if you don’t put in the work, you won’t get results. The thing about this program is you can put in half effort and still get some results. But if you want to see what you are truly capable of, then effort needs to be put in.
The thing about fitness is it’s a struggle
Everyone starts at a different level and everyone has to face their own challenges they need to overcome. I’ve had my fair share of problems and I know many people who have struggled with all kinds of different things. The road to fitness is not linear. There will be ups and downs. It also isn’t anyone else’s. The road is yours to take. Overcome your own challenges and become a better version of yourself. This program works for everyone but you will have your own strengths and weaknesses within the program. Do not compare yourself to others. Battle yourself. Unless you play a sport where you have to beat other people. In that case, try and win. The Foundation of Youth will help you do that.
What is this program?
The Foundation of Youth is a 12 week strength and flexibility program but the cool thing about it is it can be continued for life!
The programs’ primary focus is on strength but also has a big emphasis on flexibility. So weeks 9-12 can be continued for as long as you want. This means if you finish the 12 weeks and want to keep training, go back to week 9 and those four weeks can be done over and over forever if you want.
Each exercise has levels and as you get stronger over the weeks, you work your way up in the levels. When you get to the top level in each exercise, you will not only feel strong but actually be strong. You’ll be part of some of the strongest teens in the world.
This is what the course looks like once you're in
Majority of people don’t get the results they want despite putting in the effort. Without a plan, it’s hard to get where you want. This is why having a blueprint and a program is a crucial aspect of reaching a goal and seeing results.
Below is the levels sheet you will get when you're in the program
For kids and teenagers, bodyweight and calisthenics training is the way to go
Young athletes who go into lifting weights too early can hurt themselves. Injuries occur when you lift too heavy. I’m not saying lifting weights is a bad thing. In fact, a lot of the time it isn't. It’s all about the environment and the coaches.
The thing with bodyweight training is it’s all about mastering and controlling your bodyweight before you even look at weights. This way, when you’re older, you’ll be more than ready to lift weights and get really strong.
The biggest benefit of bodyweight training is not just looking strong, but actually being strong. Being able to control your entire body like it's nothing. Think about rock climbers or the athletes on Ninja Warrior. This program is the perfect foundation if you want to get into that type of training.
This kind of functional training could be what saves you
Imagine it’s a life or death situation, you’re hanging on a ledge and the only way to get up is being able to pull your own body weight up. Be honest, could you do it? Would you live or would you die?
I’m sure you’ve heard of Kevin Hart. If you don’t know him, he’s an actor. Kevin Hart was in an accident and according to him, if he didn’t have a strong core he would be paralysed. We can think about this practically and philosophically. The strength he built over the years is what saved him and what stopped him from getting paralysed. But that training created a positive habit. Habits are hard to break. Whether it’s good or bad. Making habits that last a lifetime is what fitness is all about.
There’s a lot of comfort in doing the same thing every day and not starting
‘I’ll start tomorrow’ is comfort and disappointment at the same time. Health and fitness is more than just looking good and even being strong. It’s related to longevity, enjoyment, confidence, preparing you for daily physical challenges, preparing you for emergency situations and decreasing the risk of disease. This is what it’s really about. Fitness is a lifestyle and this program will get you started on your new lifestyle.
At the start of 2020, I was coaching a boy and began this program with him. At the beginning, he couldn’t do a single chin-up. He had very little bodyweight strength. He wasn’t even close to being able to hold his legs out straight in front of him.
But after 10 weeks, he could hold an L-Sit for 10 seconds with perfect form. He also made his way up to 6 chin-ups!
These days, he's busting out 3 set of 10 chin-ups with ease. These are the kind of amazing results this program delivers and the best is yet to come!
Strength Builds Confidence
It is rare to find someone who is strong and shy. The Foundation of Youth will increase your strength and in doing so, increase your confidence. A strong person will be less likely to be scared of that daunting interaction and be more likely to believe in themselves. This is an important part of life and something the Foundation of Youth can help.
Strength and flexibility is crucial
Strength is the main focus of the Foundation of Youth but flexibility is also huge component. Gaining flexibility can be compared to gaining strength. In strength training, many variables are controlled; volume, intensity, overload etc. Training flexibility can be approached the same way and the truth is, you need both. Flexibility without strength is dangerous but strength without flexibility is also dangerous. People who are strong and flexible also rarely have pain. If you’re strong and flexible, you will jump higher, be stronger and run faster. Who doesn’t want that??
You will learn how to improve flexibility
My shoulder flexibility and specifically my bridge was terrible for years! I thought there was no way I would ever improve it. I tried everything. Believe me, everything. This was until I started training flexibility how I train strength. It changed everything. These two photos are 1 month apart. In just one month I went from the bottom photo to the top one and these methods are in the Foundation of Youth.
Another huge part of the Foundation of Youth is knees and ankles
I’ve worked in the gymnastics industry most of my life and I’ve seen first-hand many kids with knee and ankle problems. In fact, research has shown that 71% of all injuries in gymnastics are in the hip, knee and ankle. I didn’t know what to do to help this until I studied Charles Poliquin. He was one of the first people to bring this forward. Now, Ben Patrick is leading the charge and after years of learning from him and The ATG Mentor, Keegan Smith, I have found the perfect exercises to protect kids and teens knees, ankles and hips. I’ve been training these exercises and I’ve noticed not only less pain but also the ability to jump higher and run faster. I’ve now watched kids knee and ankle pain disappear. It’s been amazing. With this, you’ll be so strong with your knees over your toes before you even pick up a barbell.
Looking forward to seeing you in the course
If you’ve made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read all of this and I think you know what the right decision is (even if you just scrolled down to the bottom).
Having a strategy for where you want to go is vital. Trying out random exercises as a young person can be confusing and even dangerous. The Foundation of Youth is the perfect plan to follow and get you in the right direction.
$67 for the program that will change your body and mind is pretty good in my opinion. Anyway, I’ll see you once you’ve bought the program. Peace.
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment do I need?
For the program, all you need is a pair of rings which you can get from the Shop or buy with the bundle. If you don’t have a pair of rings or can’t get one, this program can still be done but to see the full benefits, you will need rings.
How long is the program?
The Foundation of Youth is a 12 week program but can be continued for life! Weeks 9-12 can be continued for as long as you want. This means if you finish the 12 weeks and want to keep training, go back to week 9 and those four weeks can be done over and over forever if you want. The Foundation of Youth can be performed anywhere from one to three times per week with each session taking roughly 45 minutes to complete.
Is this too advanced for me?
No. This is for people of any level, but in particular, beginners. If you have never strength trained in your life, this is the perfect start. If you have been training for a couple of years and already have a strong foundation, then the final result will be even more spectacular. I have had people of all different levels do this program, some not able to do a chin-up and others who are experienced athletes and after the program, they all saw amazing results and progressed far beyond where they started.
Am I too old?
Absolutely not. Yes this program is designed for teenagers and kids but adults can absolutely do this program. One of the reasons this program’s called The Foundation of Youth is because it makes adults feel like they’re in their youth again. Gaining this kind of strength and flexibility will take you back to the days as a kid where you could do the splits or climb a tree.
How fast will I see results?
After the first week, you will feel the change and effect on your body. The speed of results will differ for everyone. For males, the strength will increase quite quickly but the flexibility may take a while. For females, it’s the other way around. You will notice changes from week to week and by the end, the results will be drastic. You will be stronger, more flexible and you will look and feel better than you ever have.
Money is tight. Why should I invest?
As I said earlier, this isn’t just about being fit. It’s about living a healthy lifestyle. This will put you on the path to yes being stronger and more flexible but also being healthy in the long run. Being confident, energetic, vibrant, happy and being a role model for people in your life. So take action. Join me today and let’s start the journey for a better future.
